Deliveries

A delivery charge of £6 is payable at the checkout for all purchases under £60 for delivery with UK. Additional charges apply to other territories.

Delivery is free on all UK purchases over £60.

Pillowscapes carefully selects all packaging materials to ensure that your pillow is delivered in tip-top condition. Delivery is usually within 3 working days of order being placed, and your pillow will be sent to the address specified during checkout.

We use a selection of couriers to guarantee prompt delivery of your pillows, and each ones will generally require that the parcel be signed for on delivery. The courier will email you directly once we have dispatched your order to advise on the progress of your delivery. If you know that you will not be at home when the delivery is due to take place, you can typically email the courier to make alternative arrangements i.e. Specify a safe place, leave with neighbour etc.

We deliver to any part of the world, obviously transit times will vary.

Returns

We work hard to ensure that your Pillowscape experience is as enjoyable as possible, but we understand there may be times when you want to return your pillow.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, within 30 working days of delivery for an exchange or refund. However the following points must be observed:

-Items must be returned in an unused condition with the original packaging, along with the receipt or other valid proof of purchase

– You will be responsible for paying your own postage costs for returning unwanted items.
